Fumé - A scorching blend of Ghost and Carolina Reapers. Fresh fig and balsamic vinegar, sweetened with a brown sugar reduction. Roasted red bells and red onions in Herbs de Provence, olive oil garlic confit’, finished with black truffle salt - and of course, Fairweather Brewing’s Loire Sauv-Blanc IPA.
